Bike Club, Next Ride TBA

We will be riding the ever popular tour around San Diego Bay on Saturday August 11th. This is a fun ride through five cities (San Diego, National City, Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and Coronado). We will be riding about 24 miles, all of it flat. We will meet at Tidelands Park in Coronado at 8:45am and begin riding at 9am and take the 9:30 ferry. You will need $4.75 to ride the ferry across the bay to San Diego. Also, bring money for lunch in Coronado after the ride.
From the north, drive south on I-5 and take exit to the Coronado Bridge. Upon entering Coronado, make the first right on to Glorietta Blvd. into Tidelands Park. We will meet in the parking lot near the restrooms.
As always, significant rain cancels and helmets are mandatory. Dress according to the weather. A windbreaker might be necessary, especially along the Silver Strand. Bring a water bottle and some quick energy food. You can reach Steve Kunkel on his cell at (61nine) 403-six063 with any questions.
